Aryeh Rachlin
Partner
Advocate Aryeh Rachlin is a founding partner of Rachlin – Olman, Law Offices. Aryeh received his Bachelor of Laws (1988) and Bachelor of Arts (1986) from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. He was admitted to the Bar in the state of Victoria, Australia in 1988 shortly before making Aliyah. He was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1991.

After working for law firms in Jerusalem, Aryeh started his own practice in 1995, specializing in real estate transactions with a focus on servicing the English speaking communities in Israel and abroad. Additional areas of practice include wills and estates, small business and labor law. Aryeh also serves as general counsel to the World Movement of Bnei Akiva and other not for profit institutions.

Aryeh lives in Jerusalem with his wife Lara and they have three children and one grandchild.
Jane Olman
Partner and Notary
Adv. Jane Olman has over 20 years' experience and specializes in real estate, wills, inheritances and business/employment contracts, with an emphasis on assisting English-speaking clients navigate the complicated Israeli system.

Jane is a frequent speaker both abroad and in Israel on the topic of purchasing and selling real estate in Israel.
Originally from California, she made Aliyah in 1995 and studied law at Bar-Ilan University after receiving her Bachelor's Degree from UCSB.

Jane lives in Modiin, Israel, with her husband and four children.
Stephanie Colton
Associate
Adv. Stephanie Colton has a Bachelor of Laws (Honors) from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. She made Aliyah in 2017 and became a member of the Israel Bar in 2019.
In the past, she has worked for law firms in Australia, as well as completing her legal internship in Israel’s Ministry of Justice in 2018-2019. She specializes in Residential Real Estate Transactions, Wills and Estates.

Stephanie lives in Jerusalem with her husband Yair and their son.
